The car was bought online and was delivery to my address in East London (Manor Park)by FRC company owner. He had spend time explaining all details of the car and assured us of the warranty. The car was very clean and in immaculate condition. I would recommend FRC car company to anyone who’s looking to buy a car in the future, even to have chat or advice.My son is currently learning to drive, I already mention to Jay that I will be calling on him when time comes.Thank you Jay for the excellent service and the personal touch.

I bought a car from them a couple of weeks ago and I had a little trouble with it but as soon as I mentioned it to Jay he booked it in to get it looked at and got it fixed a day later. he was quick to reply to all my texts and helped me out a lot. Would highly recommend .

This guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Incredibly helpful and puts you at ease when buying a vehicle. Even when I had a minor problem he was there when he didn’t need to be for advice and support & even help sort the problem out.. outstanding customer service and support can only highly recommend this man Jay and his business.. We bought a 2012 BMW X5 40d m sport. It was exactly as described on the phone. The owner of the company was very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we did have a problem with a rear light on the tail gate but he was more than happy to rectify the problem for us. We are very happy customers and very proud owners of such a lovely car. Thanks again for all your help.
